Our team will verify available coverage, explain your options, and work with you to make informed decisions. The practice is mostly out-of-network, so network status and benefits must be confirmed for each individual plan.
Eckstein Dental bills insurance on your behalf, helping you avoid paying the full fee upfront when plan information permits. Patients remain responsible for deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered services, and any balance not paid by insurance.
Can the office verify my benefits?
Yes. Have the member name, carrier, member ID, and group number ready when you call. The insurer makes the final coverage and payment determination.
Should I send insurance information through the website?
No. Do not send member IDs or other sensitive health or insurance information through the public appointment form.
Is a benefit estimate guaranteed?
No. The team can explain available plan information and expected patient responsibility, but estimates are not guarantees of insurer payment.
